Our governance and management structures always keep a close eye on market demands and our stakeholders’ needs while seeking to consolidate our business vision. 

Usaflex manufacturing plants combined can make up to 24,000 pairs/day and employ approximately 2,800 people. Our plants are strategically located in the Sinos and Paranhana Valleys in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, namely in the cities of Igrejinha (3 plants), Taquara (1 plant), Campo Bom (1 plant), and Dois Irmãos (2 plants). 

In order to meet the demand from all across the country and abroad, our company is aided by 29 sales agency offices in the domestic market and two representatives in the foreign market. Boasting a multi-channel platform geared up to cater to our most demanding customers, our brand is a major player and leader in women’s comfort footwear in the multi-brand channel. Also, we have recently started expanding our franchise channel to give end-customers access to a greater diversity of products. 

Our customers’ needs and wishes are the factors that guide the development of our collections. That is why fashion and comfort are brought together in all models made by our brand. The satisfaction of our customers and other stakeholders has ensured our company’s success throughout our 18 years in operation.
